I am working with a leading B Corp marketing agency, with a keen focus on sustainability.

They have a national and international client base and are looking to further expand their presence.

As the business is growing, they are hiring a key member of the team as Head of Marketing, in a role that will require hands on delivery, some account management, and a strategic approach to delivery and leadership.

You should be someone with generalist marketing experience. With some senior, or leadership experience.

This is a well-respected business, but it is also very much a family environment, and you should be someone who is looking for a long-term position with a team that values mutual respect.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of Marketing Campaigns and content.

Delivering strategic and tactical activities.

Account management of client accounts.

Copywriting various material including social media, blogs, landing page, sales material, pitch decks and slide decks.

GTM strategy, brand marketing

Identification of growth opportunity

Social Media management

Some travel will likely be needed for client visits, so a valid passport is a must have.

Essential Requirements:

Extensive marketing experience

Generalist Marketing

Leadership, management, or senior experience

Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects and accounts at one time.

Copywriting and Content Creation skills

Social Media Management (LinkedIn, and others)

Proactive and self-motivated, taking accountability, initiative, and ownership.

Stakeholder Management, and advanced communicator

Passport - valid and in date.

Nice to have:

Graphic Design skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with external clients in an agency setting.

Experience with sustainability initiatives or marketing.

A genuine interest in sustainability.

Driving License
