Salary: 37,000 - 41,000 per year
On Target Earnings: 47,000 - 57,000 per year
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester to join a busy and successful independent garage in the Farnham area. Due to increased demand for MOTs, servicing, and repairs, we have opportunities for both dedicated technicians and dual-qualified tech/testers.

A 3,000 welcome bonus is available for successful candidates, paid in instalments over your first three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MOT testing (Class 4) to DVSA standards
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a variety of vehicles
- Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
- Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold company values
Salary & Bonus
- Base Salary: 37,000 - 41,000 per year
- Bonus Scheme: 6,000 - 12,000 per year
- On Target Earnings: 47,000 - 57,000 per year
- Includes 26 Saturdays per year
- Part-time applicants welcome (salary and bonus pro-rata)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a vehicle workshop environment
- Qualified to Level 2 or Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Ideally also an MOT Tester with a clean DVSA record
- Skilled across diagnostics, servicing, and complex repairs
- Reliable, organised, and able to work to high technical standards
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
