Avanti Recruitment is looking for a Functional Safety Engineer for a 6-month contract in Farnham, requiring 4 days on-site work.
The role offers a competitive rate of £50 to £60 per hour, depending on experience, and is outside IR35.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of ISO 26262, IEC 61508, or similar safety standards.
Expertise in embedded systems within the automotive, aerospace, or rail industries is essential, along with experience with automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers.
Hands-on experience in creating and verifying control systems for embedded platforms is also required for this position.
