About the Role:
A well-established secondary school in Farnham is seeking a passionate and experienced History Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, inspiring a love of the subject while supporting student progress and achievement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Develop schemes of work and differentiated resources to meet the needs of all learners.

Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and extra-curricular activities.

Support school initiatives to promote History and student engagement in the wider curriculum.
Candidate Requirements:

QTS or QTLS qualified.

Proven experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4.

Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for delivering the History curriculum.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
