Great opportunity to join a growing financial services business with offices in central Farnham. Ideally our client is seeking an individual with experience working in financial services/wealth management administration who enjoys supporting financial advisors and building relationships with clients and providing an excellent customer experience.

AdministratorBenefits and Package:

Administrator Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Submit all new business applications to providers and monitor progress within pre-set time-scales.
  • Audit documents received from your allocated adviser to ensure they meet our compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with your allocated advisers to ensure the efficient processing of applications and outstanding requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to provide a first-class client journey.
  • Submit Dealing Instructions to providers to facilitate new investments and withdrawals.
  • Build relationships with allocated advisers.
  • Liaise with providers and trustees to ensure the smooth administration of applications and client instructions.
  • Adhere to administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Update and manage data within the CRM
  • Actively learn and complete training to satisfy compliance requirements and improve personal knowledge
  • Adopt the company team culture and spirit with supporting the administration team ethos.

Administrator Qualities:

  • Experience working in the financial services sector or a relevant qualification and genuine interest in developing a career in financial services/wealth management
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems).
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work, being able to work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to follow process and procedures in a regulated and compliant environment.
