Are you an automotive engineer or similar with a passion for classic cars, looking to further your mechanical engineering career with lots of progression and overtime in a well-established, IGA recognised, independent garage?

This company are specialists in classic cars. They provide modern solutions to classic automotives, ensuring the best quality servicing and repairs to numerous clients with a range of classic cars, notably; Aston Martins, Jaguars, and Triumphs. They also host regular company events in the classic car community.

On offer is the opportunity to be part of the passionate team, where you will be working on classic cars and motors. You will be undertaking training regularly and attending courses to further your skillset. You will have the responsibility of carrying out servicing on engines, bodywork repair and MOTs for a wide range of classic cars.

This role would suit any experienced mechanical engineer with a passion for classic cars looking to work in a team of classic motor enthusiasts.

The role:

  • Perform services and repairs on cars of all ages, ranging from 1905-present
  • Complete training and attend courses
  • Assist in the integration of new methods of work to improve efficiency in the workshop
  • Operate and maintain equipment within the workshop
  • Discuss possible problems with customers, as requested

The Person:

  • Mechanical experience working with classic cars
  • NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
