A highly reputable independent garage in Farnham is seeking an experienced Senior Diagnostic / Master Technician to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, well-equipped workshop that values quality workmanship, a positive culture, and a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

  • Carry out advanced diagnostic and technical work across a wide variety of makes and models
  • Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
  • Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Complete repair and maintenance tasks to the highest standards of safety and quality
  • Liaise with service advisors and, where necessary, explain diagnostic findings to customers

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician (JLR experience highly preferable)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and customers
  • Full UK driving licence
