***OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR***

We're super excited to find an office-based (non-negotiable) Office Administrator to join our locally based clients. Some previous work experience especially within a customer facing environment would be useful as you kickstart your career within a professional, boutique style organisation where you'll find yourself supporting a team, delighting clients, and keeping the office running like clockwork.

Salary £23-25K depending on experience + excellent benefits such as enrolment into their Employee Ownership Trust and multiple bonus schemes

As Office Administrator you'll get involved in the following,

  • Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day office and client tasks
  • Opening the office each morning, making sure it's tidy and well-presented
  • Liaise with landlord, coordinating any repairs
  • Manage the monthly invoicing process using Excel and liaising with advisers
  • Reconcile the cashbook and learn QuickBooks to prepare figures for accountants
  • Organise meetings, greet clients, and keep the office running smoothly
  • Handle post, calls, and client data using internal systems
  • Securely shred client-sensitive documents
  • Get involved in fun extras like arranging client gifts and company events

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator with the following,

  • A good level of education, confident verbal/written communication and computer skills
  • Some previous work experience with good people skills
  • Accuracy, organisational skills along with the ability to pick things up quickly
  • A flexible, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
