Eye4 Recruitment are working with a client based in Farnhamon an exclusive basis, to fill a role of an Bookkeeper/Office Manager in a highly successful & thriving business. Based in luscious offices in a centrallocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee all administrative tasks
- Provide supporting to various departments, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organising company events
- Communicating with customers over the phone and emails with enquires booking in orders on our computer software
- Applying for vehiclepermits and licences
- Supporting Company Director
- Manage and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and relevant regulations are kept up to date
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing workspaces, ordering equipment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Work on your own initiative and part of team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ideally come with 5 years plus office experience
- Confident and able to work using your initiative to coordinate and collaborate
