Job Title: Multi Skilled Engineer (Carpentry Bias)
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £34,000 – £40,000 per annum (Company vehicle included)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location:Â Guilford and surrounding locationsÂ
About the Role:
Our client are a trusted and established property maintenance specialist providing a wide range of maintenance services across residential and commercial properties. We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a strong carpentry bias, but also skills in other areas such as plastering, tiling, plumbing etc. to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, mobile role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is committed to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of property maintenance tasks with a focus on carpentry as well as tiling, plumbing and various other trades

Supporting other trades when required, including basic plumbing, tiling, or plastering

Ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

Diagnosing faults and determining the most effective repair method

Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar role

Strong carpentry skills essential; additional trade skills highly desirable

Full UK driving licence (required for use of company vehicle)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Able to work independently and manage workload effectively

Valid right to work in the UK
