A market leading building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in Surrey, Hampshire and the South East is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a company that has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.
The company
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a company that specialise in High-end / prime refurbishments and new builds have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around 20 million they are long-standing and have a reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.
Senior Quantity surveyor Role
Their Current Projects range from 2 million to 10million. The projects are some of the South East has to offer.
You will be responsible for -
- Procurement
- Cash flow forecasting
- Tender and contract documents
- Final accounts
- Contracts
- Valuations
- Variations
- Attend professional and client meetings
- Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
- Mitigate commercial risks
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- 5 years + Experience
- Non-negotiable - High End Residential projects
- Experience of working for a main contractor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
