A respected and established independent estate agents in Farnham is seeking a Residential Sales Negotiator to join their team.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 12 months experience in the property industry and you should have a great love of working in the sector delivering outstanding service, knowledge and advice to their clients to obtain the best results for both their vendors and buyers.As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible and instrumental for:

  • Handling Sales enquiries.
  • Generating & conducting viewings
  • Generating & booking Property Valuations
  • Qualifying offers & negotiating sales to completion.
  • General office admin & compliance duties.

Skills & Experience:

  • Able to work well on your own initiative.

A basic salary up to £25,000 dependant on experience is available and an opportunity to earn £30,000+Please note that you must be able to drive and be available to work full time (5 days a week) to include having availability to work on a Saturday.
