What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Lettings department
  • Winning new instructions and conducting property valuations
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team
  • Driving business growth and hitting performance targets
  • Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local clients
  • Overseeing property marketing and negotiation processes

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
  • Proven track record in listing and instruction winning
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • ARLA qualified (or willing to work towards it)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A proactive and professional approach
  • Sound knowledge of lettings regulations and legislation
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Local knowledge of the Farnham area preferred
