Digital Account Manager

Location: Farnham, Surrey

Salary: 25,000 to 40,000 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our clients team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, account management, and client communication.

As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns are executed successfully and their business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to their objectives, utilising a variety of online channels and platforms.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable plans, coordinating with internal teams such as content creators, designers, and developers to execute campaigns effectively and within deadlines.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients' digital presence and drive engagement, leveraging industry best practices and innovative ideas.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, ensuring clients benefit from the latest strategies and techniques.
  • Handle clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in new business development efforts by participating in client presentations, pitches, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on client needs and deliver integrated solutions that align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and account management.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and reports effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market trends.

Prior experience in a digital agency is a must.
