We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide high quality administrative support within a professional services team. This role requires strong client communication skills, excellent organisation, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a full range of administrative duties to support the team.
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming telephone calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Record information accurately using internal databases and tracking systems.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of client files.
  • Make outgoing telephone calls to clients and other parties as directed, using file information to provide updates.
  • Remain calm, focused, and professional when dealing with a variety of client queries.
  • Provide an efficient and considerate service, maintaining the highest standards of client care.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Represent the organisation professionally when dealing with clients or prospective clients.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Follow all internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client facing or customer service role.
