We are seeking a Business Administrator to provide high quality administrative support within a professional services team. This role requires strong client communication skills, excellent organisation, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a full range of administrative duties to support the team.
- Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming telephone calls, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
- Record information accurately using internal databases and tracking systems.
- Assist with the opening and closing of client files.
- Make outgoing telephone calls to clients and other parties as directed, using file information to provide updates.
- Remain calm, focused, and professional when dealing with a variety of client queries.
- Provide an efficient and considerate service, maintaining the highest standards of client care.
- Uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
- Represent the organisation professionally when dealing with clients or prospective clients.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Follow all internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in a client facing or customer service role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a professional services environment is desirable.
