NEOS Engineering is recruiting on behalf of a reputable building services contractor based in Farringdon, Central London, who are seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities-
Lead the preparation of accurate MEP estimates and detailed cost plans for commercial building services projects.

Carry out quantity take-offs and review mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

Participate in—and when required, lead—tender reviews, value engineering sessions, and pre-construction strategy meetings.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive handover packages to project delivery teams, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-construction to execution.

Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within MEP / Building Services.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Confident managing estimates for commercial or large-scale projects.

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
