Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who deliver high quality design services and consultancy to the construction industry. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to work on a range of projects across the commercial, residential, and education sector.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, you will need significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice as well as needing to have obtained a degree within Architectural Technology. The successful individual will be able to demonstrate proficiency with AutoCAD and have good up to date knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist
- ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable
- Good knowledge of current building regulations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Passion for good design and providing great customer service
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driver's license
