The Role
As Lead Teacher of Business Studies, you will:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for Business Studies across KS4 and KS5

Drive high-quality teaching and learning to ensure excellent student outcomes

Support and mentor colleagues within the department

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities

Model outstanding classroom practice and foster a positive learning climate
