Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that foster an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents and guardians to support student progress and address concerns.
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student engagement and educational outcomes.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience as a Phase Lead ideal but not mandatory
- Experience in primary education, with a track record of excellent classroom practice.
- A strong commitment to inclusive educational practices.
