A highly respected Estate Agency Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Lettings Manager to join its Senior Management Team, overseeing multiple branches across Kent and Essex.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and overseeing multiple lettings branches in the region
- Driving business development and performance across all locations
- Setting and managing budgets, targets, and sales strategies
- Training, mentoring, and developing staff at all levels
- Ensuring compliance, profitability, and exceptional service delivery
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Extensive background in estate agency and residential lettings
- Experience managing multiple branches at a senior level
- Strong business development and strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams
- Track record of delivering over-target results
- Excellent financial and operational management capabilities
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Professional, driven, and results-oriented approach
