The Role
The Packhouse Shift Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the site, ensuring food safety, quality standards, team performance, and budget targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing people matters professionally and ethically
Meeting budgetary and production performance targets
Ensuring full compliance with food safety, quality, and H&S standards
Planning labour and resources effectively
Supporting a sister site during January/February if required (up to 4 weeks)

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience in a fast-paced packhouse or production environment.
