Our Korean Cowgirl Restaurant is atmospheric and inviting, where your plates will be filled with Korean style dishes. From sticky spare rib stacks to honey butter fried chicken wings, not forgetting our incredible USDA smoked beef brisket with a Texas rub.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to provide outstanding hospitality.
Oversee shift planning, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
