Bristow Holland are working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation based in Kelvedon who are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain their internal IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user services.
This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment, ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across infrastructure, systems, security, and user support while helping to improve resilience, automation, and overall service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and maintaining core IT systems and infrastructure
- Providing 2nd / 3rd line support to internal users
- Managing and improving security, backup, and system resilience
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and service providers
- Contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Key Technologies You Will Work With:
- Office 365 administration
- Active Directory
- SCCM administration for OS deployment, software deployment, and endpoint management
- Microsoft Exchange management
- Mimecast integration and management
- HP SAN storage, HP switches, and HP ProLiant servers
- Hyper-V deployment and administration in a high availability environment
- PowerShell scripting and task automation
- Backup Exec management
- FortiGate firewall management
