Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for skilled and reliable Forklift Drivers to join our client’s team in Felixstowe on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role after a 12-week probation period. This role operates on a Monday to Friday shift pattern: 8am to 4:30pm (Counterbalance) 8:30am to 5pm (Counterbalance) 4:30pm to 1am (Counterbalance) - Will need 1 week training on day shifts before you start on nightsAll roles require the willingness to be trained and upskilled onto a variety of forklifts including Flexi, Bendi, PPT and MLOP. The position involves operating a forklift for various warehouse tasks and supporting general warehouse operations. We are looking for a safety-conscious, proactive individual who can handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock picking, loading, unloading, and product organisation. Ensure goods are stored properly to prevent damage and maintain an organised storage area. Adhere to all health and safety regulations.Support inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies.Skills:Previous warehouse experience Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong understanding of safety protocols Qualifications:Counterbalance Forklift License (Preferably ITSAAR or RITTB accredited)Keywords:Forklift Warehouse Counterbalance
