Depot Manager
Our client is a leading provider of commercial vehicle and trailer rental solutions. They have been a trusted haulage partner for businesses across the UK for many years, offering a tailored, flexible truck and trailer rental solutions.
They are seeking a skilled Depot/Business Development Manager who has the ability to manage the vehicle maintenance, cost and compliance operations for their fleet.

About you:
You will need to be a self-starter, motivated and an excellent communicator.
You will also need to be experienced in commercial vehicle rentals and with a sales and operations background.
Responsibilities:
路Management of a busy depot
路Sales
路Staff management, recruitment, training and health and safety
路Vehicle management
路Maintenance / workshop management
Duties:
路To ensure the smooth running of the Depot and the thorough management of equipment, personnel and processes.
路To manage all fleet compliance issues and Procedures
路Ensuring all customer requests, enquiries and queries are dealt with in an efficient, personable and professional manner
路Providing accurate costings to the customer
路Demonstrating strong communication skills to deal with customers and employees at all levels of the business
路Processing Hire contracts and ensuring all documentation is accurate
路Arranging delivery and collection of orders in accordance with the customer鈥檚
路Suggest and implement process improvements
Full time position 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday, 1 hour for lunch and every third Saturday 8am to 12PM
Salary: 拢35k + commission and company car dependent upon experience.
