Site Manager

Contract (around 40 weeks)

Immediate Start 

Based in Felixstowe

 

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll coordinate teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
  • Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
