Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Night Shift Operator to join their busy, dynamic team. This is a fantastic chance to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the smooth operation of a production packing line.
What's on Offer:
Hourly Rate: 15.40
Shift Hours: 9:45 PM - 5:45 AM, Monday to Friday
Your Role:
As a Night Shift Operator, you will be essential in keeping production running efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
Operating machinery on the production packing line
Maintaining quality control and following safety standards
Collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets
Keeping your workspace clean and organised
What We're Looking For:
A valid Counterbalance Licence - essential for this role
Strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
