Our Felixstowe client is seeking an Import Bookings Clerk to join their small, busy team.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience in Freight Forwarding or Transport.
Key duties include booking deliveries, requesting releases, and having knowledge of Destin8/CNS.
While customs knowledge is not essential, it would be considered an advantage.
The salary for this position ranges from £26,000 to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Our Felixstowe client is looking to appoint an Import Bookings Clerk to their small busy team, candidates must ideally have gained previous Freight Forwarding/Transport experience.

Duties will include
Booking deliveries
Requesting releases
Knowledge of Destin8/CNS
Basic knowledge of booking sea freight
Customs knowledge not essential but would be an advantage

Skills
Good customer service skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to work in a team and be able to work on own initiative

Salary 26,000 to 28,000 p/a dependant on experience
