We’re currently seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Care Home Manager to oversee two well-established residential care homes located in the Felixstowe area. These homes are known for their exceptional standards of care, warm atmospheres, and commitment to providing residents with a safe and dignified environment.

About the Home

Beautiful set home a short walk from Felixstowe town centre which services the 40 residents. The home has a history of GOOD CQC reports.

About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of both homes. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding care, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations, and managing the operational and financial performance of the services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and support care teams across both homes

Ensure delivery of person-centred, high-quality care

Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies

Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners

Oversee staffing, training, audits, and budget management

Drive continuous improvement and a positive culture of care

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident and compassionate care leader who:

Is a CQC Registered Manager

Has proven experience managing residential or dementia care services

Possesses strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Understands current care legislation and best practices

Brings a proactive, quality-driven approach to care delivery
