What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Fleet Coordination: Ensure vehicle services, MOTs, and hires are scheduled and completed on time.
  • Maintenance Compliance: Track inspections, manage records, and maintain fleet documentation.
  • Liaison & Support: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and workshops to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • Breakdown Response: Arrange servicing, coordinate repairs, and handle roadside assistance when needed.
  • Customer & Supplier Relations: Build strong working relationships with clients and service providers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
