We're currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable TAs to support a variety of Primary Schools across Hounslow. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience, work in different school environments, and make a real difference in the classroom-all while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students on a 1:1 or small group basis, including those with SEN.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom routines.
- Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupils.
- Prepare learning materials and set up classroom resources.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of classroom support techniques.
- Comfortable and confident working with children of all abilities and needs.
