Role: Market Anlyst/Manager

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our end-to-end customer journeys and demand generation programs.• Translate customer journey insights into actionable content plans that guide customers through each stage of the lifecycle.• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to curate, source, and refine a variety of assets, including blogs, videos, case studies, white papers, eBooks, infographics, and more.• Partner with channel leads to determine content placement and promotion strategies across digital ecosystems.• Use data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness, inform optimization, and scale high-performing content.• Understanding of the generative AI landscape and identifying opportunities to use AI in the content strategy and content production disciplines to unlock breakthrough scale.• Conduct content audits and oversee publishing within content management and project management systems.• Manage content localization efforts to ensure consistent global messaging.• Contribute to content budget planning, maintaining forecasts and tracking within 2% of allocated spend.
