Air Export Coordinator - Feltham
Are you looking to take the next step in your freight forwarding career? We're seeking a motivated Air Export Coordinator with at least two years' experience in the industry to join a growing team in Feltham.
In this role, you'll be supporting the end-to-end air export process - from preparing documentation and customs entries to liaising with carriers, suppliers, and customers. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, work in a modern open-plan office, and develop your skills with clear progression pathways.
Responsibilities:
Handle the full air export process from booking through to delivery
Prepare and check documentation, including customs entries
Liaise with airlines, agents, and hauliers to ensure smooth shipments
Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and resolving queries
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company SOPs
What's on offer:
Salary up to 32,000 (depending on experience)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

What we're looking for:
2+ years' experience in air export operations
