Pricing Coordinator

• Providing pricing and ad hoc rates to overseas partners, offices, BDMs, and customers.
• Managing spot shipment quotations and tenders that require manual pricing.
• Analysing and reporting on quote success rates and pricing trends.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient transition of won shipment details to operational teams.
• Maintaining pricing databases and tools to support business growth.
• Liaising with carriers to obtain rates for quotations when required.
• Ensuring compliance with commercial policies and global sales processes.
• Supporting product managers with KPI reports and additional analysis.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements in pricing strategies.
• Providing technical knowledge and support to the sales and operations teams.

• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Strong numeracy skills with a commercial mindset.
• Knowledge of freight products (Import/Export, Air, Sea, Road).
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel and ability to use multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pricing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
