Our client is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused individual to join their Feltham-based team as a Showroom Sales & Customer Service Executive. This is a showroom-based role where you will act as the face of the business, providing first-class service to customers and supporting sales activity both in person and via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries by phone, email, and in person
Produce quotations and process customer orders
Liaise with the production team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Check pricing, raise invoices, and update internal systems
Send out samples and manage returns
Maintain accurate customer records and data
Follow up on sales leads and generate new business via cold calling
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and products
Person Specification:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident, personable, and professional in a face-to-face environment
Excellent attention to detail and a reliable team player
Proficient in Excel, including the use of formulas and interpreting data
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong customer-first attitude
