Are you a Senior Installation Engineer with an electro-mechanical or electrical/electronic background looking to step into management while staying hands-on?
On offer is a varied role starting as a Senior Installation Engineer with the opportunity to progress into Technical Manager. You'll manage installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support, with hands-on site work, office-based product support, risk assessments, and team leadership. Training, including SMSTS, is provided.
This is an established business with a strong reputation for entrance control systems. They value practical problem-solvers, encourage career growth, and are expanding their Technical Services team to meet increasing demand.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing engineers, supporting sales and production with technical expertise, providing after-sales service, carrying out site surveys, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements. You'll also be involved in onsite works and occasional weekend shifts.
This role is ideal for a Senior Installation Engineer who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, team management, and long-term career progression.
The Role:
- Lead a growing team while staying handson.
- Step up from Senior Engineer to Technical Services Manager.
- Work on specialist systems with site and customer focus.
The Candidate:
- Experienced Installation or Field Service Engineer.
- Strong electromechanical or electrical/electronic background.
- Handson, practical, and ready to lead a team.
- CSCS/ECS/SMSTS Desirable.
