In this key role, you'll support departmental management to deliver outstanding service, leading a team to ensure efficient and compliant import processes at our Feltham site. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the import team to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant operations.

• Oversee daily import activities, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain compliance with HMRC and industry regulations.

• Manage job files, costs, and invoicing for accuracy and profitability.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven airfreight import experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of customs compliance and import documentation.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and team management skills.

• Commercially aware and customer-focused approach.
