Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export AOG Operator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Feltham, Middlesex area.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage export airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery
- Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments
- Communicate with airlines, ground handlers, overseas agents, and internal teams
- Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs declarations, etc.)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
- Ensure compliance with HMRC, IATA, and international trade regulations
- Deliver high-quality customer service under pressure
- Support operational improvements and efficiency
- Participate in out-of-hours or on-call rotas as needed
Requirements:-
- Experience in airfreight export operations (freight forwarding)
- Experience with AOG's
- Familiarity with export customs procedures and documentation
Working hours are Monday - Friday
