About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Air Import Clerk for their Feltham-based company. The successful candidate will coordinate multi-air import shipments, ensuring customs compliance whilst providing first-class customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage air import shipments from start to finish
Liaise with airlines, customers, and customs
Ensure compliance with CDS and customs regulations
Use freight systems such as Boxtop or ASM Sequoia
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support the team with general operations and logistics tasks

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in air import operations
Familiarity with CDS (Customs Declaration Service)
Experience with freight systems (Boxtop or Sequoia preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a 5-year background check
