The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.

Reporting to: Managing Director / General Manager

  • Performing secretarial work and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support as needed
  • Acting as the first point of contact for callers, handling emails and phone calls
  • Managing the diary for the Managing Director and organizing meetings and appointments (both business and personal).
  • Demonstrating outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Multitasking and prioritizing daily workload effectively
  • Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation (national and international)
  • Organizing events and exhibitions
  • Preparing communications on the employer’s behalf, such as documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
