Air Freight Pricing Specialist
Location: London Heathrow, Feltham
Salary: up to 35,000pa (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

My client is looking for an experienced Air Freight Pricing Specialist to join their pricing team based in London Heathrow. The right candidate will have direct experience dealing with Air Freight and have previous pricing experience, either in a dedicated pricing role or as part of their role as a freight forwarder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update competitive tariffs for customers and overseas partners, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Provide the sales team with clear pricing templates to support new and existing client opportunities.
- Monitor hit rates and margins, adjusting to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Follow up on quotes, gather feedback, and refine pricing to secure business.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Air Freight Pricing Experience.
- Air Freight Forwarding Operations Knowledge/Experience.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Previous Sales experience desirable, but not essential.
