About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our specialist team, working with pupils aged 5-11 who have a range of complex needs including SLD and associated communication and sensory needs. You will deliver a highly personalised curriculum that prioritises communication, independence, and emotional wellbeing.



What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential

  • Experience or genuine interest in working with pupils with SLD, PMLD or complex needs

  • Strong curriculum knowledge with the ability to adapt and differentiate learning effectively

  • A child-centred approach, with high expectations for every learner

  • Resilient, nurturing, and reflective in your teaching practice

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
