Location: Feltham (TW14 – near Heathrow)Â
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE - £1,000 Joining Bonus + £100 Monthly Attendance Bonus
Contract: Full-time, Permanent | Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm (Weekdays Only) Optional Saturdays at Overtime (Time & Half)

The RoleÂ
Are you a skilled Fabricator / Welder with a passion for craftsmanshipÂ
Join our experienced team of commercial vehicle body builders, creating high-quality, custom builds from chassis upwards.Â
What You’ll Do
• MIG welding (TIG welding desirable)
• Fabricate and assemble vehicle bodies from chassis upwards
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings
• Work with a variety of materials including metal, fibreglass, and wood
• Cut, drill, bolt, and fit components to specification
• Fit tail lifts (training provided)
• Ensure top-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Experience in fabrication and welding (vehicle body/coachbuilding experience desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
• Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines
• Eager to learn new skills and progress with the business
