Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Gateway Co-ordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in the London Heathrow area.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinate vehicles to collect and deliver from the airline within a timely manor
- Customs reporting
- Resolve queries from customers and suppliers
- Raise records in the ETSF and discharge T1’s from overnight DDX deliveries
- To work effectively as an individual and a member of a team by cooperating and supporting colleagues in the workplace
- Maintain an integral, transparent and professional relationship with all supplier/customer base at all times.
- Responsible and Accountable to ensure company property is looked after and used correctly and safely at all times.
You will need:
- Confident and outgoing individual.
- Previous experience working in the Freight Industry
- Experience of working within consols an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Airline Transport experience an advantage
- Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
- Be able to organise and multi-task.
- Good time management skills.
- Driver with own transport is desirable.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
