Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Gateway Co-ordinator to join our friendly and proactive Client in the London Heathrow area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinate vehicles to collect and deliver from the airline within a timely manor
  • Customs reporting
  • Resolve queries from customers and suppliers
  • Raise records in the ETSF and discharge T1’s from overnight DDX deliveries
  • To work effectively as an individual and a member of a team by cooperating and supporting colleagues in the workplace
  • Maintain an integral, transparent and professional relationship with all supplier/customer base at all times.
  • Responsible and Accountable to ensure company property is looked after and used correctly and safely at all times.

You will need:

  • Confident and outgoing individual.
  • Previous experience working in the Freight Industry
  • Experience of working within consols an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Airline Transport experience an advantage
  • Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
  • Be able to organise and multi-task.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Driver with own transport is desirable.
  • UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
