Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Home Manager for my clients circa 40-bedded GOOD rated nursing home in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve staff management, training, and development, as well as maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. This role is offered by a local provider committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the management and supervision of nursing and care staff - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards - Support with staff recruitment, training, and development - Oversee care plans and ensure the delivery of person-centered care - Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff
