Are you an organised, people-focused professional with a flair for numbers? TSR Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm that’s seeking a HR & Accounts Assistant to support their expanding team. This is a brand new role, offering the chance to shape and grow the position as part of a supportive and dynamic office.

The Opportunity:You’ll be joining a firm that prides itself on long-standing relationships with local clients, excellent service, and a friendly team culture. As HR & Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the business, supporting both human resources and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:HR Support

  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
  • Coordinating absence and holiday tracking
  • Supporting internal communications and staff well-being initiatives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment legislation

Accounts Support

  • Assisting with processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end reporting
  • Handling expense claims and payroll prep
  • Working closely with the Accounts Manager and external providers

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in HR or accounts (or both!) within a professional services or legal environment
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Confident working in a small team and taking initiative
