Office Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Ferndown | 26,000-27,000 DOE

Monday to Thursday 07:15am to 16:45pm, 7am to 11:30am Friday

We are recruiting an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join a small, friendly business in Ferndown on a temp-to-perm basis. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth running of office operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration, filing and document management

  • Managing emails, calls and day-to-day enquiries

  • Preparing paperwork, reports and basic correspondence

  • Supporting the MD with scheduling, diary management and organisation

  • Processing orders, updating systems and maintaining accurate records

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers in a professional manner

  • Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks to support the wider business



About You
