PCB Technician | Ferndown | up to £14ph Are you an experienced PCB Technician looking to take ownership of complex builds and contribute to cutting-edge electronics manufacturing? As a PCB Technician, your responsibilities will include:
  • Completing a wide range of PCB assembly tasks to meet quality and delivery standards
  • Performing rework and modifications on conventional assemblies
  • Building prototypes and providing detailed feedback to improve work instructions
  • Inspecting and verifying product quality to IPC standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and preventative maintenance
As a PCB Technician, your experience will include:
  • Proven experience in electronics manufacturing (minimum 3 years)
  • Skilled in rework and modifications, ideally with IPC 7711/7721, IPC-A-610, and IPC J-STD-001 certifications (expired certs still valued)
  • Ability to complete prototype builds and provide constructive feedback
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
