Actio Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a leading precision engineering company based in Ferndown. We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner with proven experience programming, setting, and operating Mazak machines.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a well-established team producing high-precision components for aerospace, defence, and other demanding sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring full-cycle machining expertise on Mazak Integrex lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming using Mazatrol controls
• Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machinery
• Interpreting complex engineering drawings
• Ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes
• Conducting in-process inspection and quality checks

About You:

• Time-served CNC Turner with Integrex experience
• Confident programming in Mazatrol
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tooling
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Quality-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving

What’s on Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
• Day shift position
• 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
